Dr. Shweta Solanki Founder & Director

Dr. Shweta Solanki, Founder and Director of Sweta’s Little Elly, is a PhD holder and a Gold Medalist with over 20 years of experience in the field of child education. She established Sweta’s Little Elly in 2018 with a deep passion for designing an education system that connects children with nature and music. Through her own creativity and innovative ideas, she brought learning to a new level after closely observing her own children. She realized that when learning was integrated with music, children naturally and joyfully learned numbers, spellings, tables, letters, and Hindi matras while playing. This powerful realization inspired her to believe that every child could learn in the same joyful and stress-free way, which led to the foundation of Sweta’s Little Elly in 2018. Over time, the exceptional results of this approach helped the school grow into a strong and well-recognized brand. In 2019, Dr. Shweta Solanki was honored and recognized at the ISA Awards in Dubai as the pioneer of India’s first school to teach through live music learning. In the same year, she was also conferred with the Best Women’s Leadership Award in Kolkata. She has received several awards for her contribution to innovative learning. Her singular dream is to make Sweta’s Little Elly the number one school in the world and to ensure that children across India and globally benefit from this unique, music-based, and innovative education system.
